Mixed Martial Arts brings you the biggest combination of martial arts into one activity. Run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it has become one of our most popular evening classes.

Legs, Bums & Tums

1 hour of total toning of those problem areas. Come and sculpt, tone, shape up and change your body shape.

 

Flexaballs

Yoga

A fun way to get fit and tone up using the specially designed stability ball helping to improve functional strength and your general appearance.

Using a variety of poses helping to improve flexibility, balance, posture, body strength while being re-invigorated and relaxing.
